FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS
Get residents out of their units, talking to each other.
A resident event with a low headcount is a familiar problem. A weekly class on the calendar, run by the same person every time, fixes it. The workout is the excuse. The room is the product.
Book a classWHO RUNS IT
Group programming on a schedule isn't new to him. The address is.
RYT-200, Yoga Alliance
Yoga is the wedge on an amenity deck: communities book it far more readily than strength coaching, and it's the same instructor either way.
ISSA CPT, 5 years
Yoga to slow a room down, HIIT to bring the energy up, stretching and meditation for the residents who'd never show up to a bootcamp. One instructor covers all of it.
Saguaro High School, 1+ year
Ran strength and conditioning for a full high school sports program on a fixed weekly schedule. Group programming inside an institution is exactly this job.
PRICE
$350 buys one class. No setup fee, no minimum term to start.
One-off / event
$350/classResident appreciation, a leasing event, holiday programming.
Twice monthly
$700/monthThe entry point for a smaller resident-events budget.
Weekly
$1,400/month$1,400 to $1,750 a month, 4 or 5 classes depending on the month. The cadence that actually builds a habit.
None yet. You'd be the first.
No apartment community has booked a class yet, and pretending otherwise would fall apart the first time someone checked. He already trains individual residents inside complexes like yours, in their own home gyms, so the setting isn't new to him. A scheduled class on the courtyard is a different thing, and it's the one he hasn't run yet. What booking early buys you instead: full attention on your property, founding pricing, and an instructor who needs the first one to go well as much as you do. He's run group programming on a schedule before, for a full year of high school sports teams. He'd like a courtyard to be next.
Run two classes, a week apart, before deciding anything. The first tells you nothing. The second tells you everything.
PAST CLASSES
Nothing here yet
The first class run at a community gets photographed and posted here, with real attendance. Nothing gets staged to fill this space before then.
BOOK A CLASS
Book one class. Decide after the second.
$350 for the first class, on your property, on your calendar. If residents don't come back for the second one, this isn't the right fit and that gets said plainly, not spun.
